
Companies and other organisations usually want all users to be allowed to access certain files and folders, e.g. global address books or the management of pool cars used by a couple of employees.
Public folders allow you to share contacts, calendar entries and tasks with your colleagues. Furthermore, you can authorize all or only some users to access your data.
Setup for free
Setting up public folders is free of charge. The price of your Hosted Exchange accounts already includes public folders with 500 MB storage space.
The features of public folders can be increased by subscribing to our Hosted Sharepoint solution (click here to read more). Of course, you can include this service in your Hosted Exchange subscription or add it later.
