How to use Microsoft Dynamics CRM 4.0 Diagnostics

Usually, problems with the Microsoft Dynamics CRM 4.0 client can be solved with the diagnostics programme.
Requirements:
- Microsoft Dynamics CRM 4.0 Outlook client has to be installed.
1.) Start Microsoft Dynamics CRM 4.0 Diagnostics.
You can find Diagnostics here: "Start - All Programs - Microsoft Dynamics CRM 4.0 - Diagnostics".
2.) Switch between different options of Diagnostics by clicking on "Support Mode". Please use the standard settings and click on "Run Diagnostics".
3.) Microsoft Dynamics CRM Diagnostics searches for failures and connection problems. This may take up to several minutes.
4.) The analysis of your system is finished. If any problems have been found, you should act according to the information given by Diagnostics.
Click on "Close" to end Diagnostics.
