Automatic setup of Apple Mail in MacOS X 10.6 (Snow Leopard)

1.) Enter your name, your user name (usually your e-mail address) and the password for your Hosted Exchange account.
2.) Mail will connect to the server. This may take a moment.
3.) A security warning will appear. Please click "continue".
4.) Mail has established the connection to the server and will now setup your Exchange account.
Please select whether you wish to synchronise your calendar and your address book with the Exchange server. Check the boxes for "Address Book contacts" and "iCal calendars".
Click "Create".
5.) Your Hosted Exchange account has now been setup in Mail.
6.) Your Hosted Exchange account has also been setup with Address Book.
7.) Your Exchange calendar will appear in iCal.
