Microsoft Outlook: Import a Personal Folder File (.pst)
Click on the pictures to see the large version.
1.) Open the File menu, click on “Import and Export…”
2.) Choose “Import from another program or file” from the list, then click “Next >”.
3.) Choose “Personal Folder File (.pst)” from the list, then click “Next >”.
4.) Click on “Browse...“ to choose the file you want to import.
5.) Click on “Next >”.
6.) Click on „Finish“ to import the file.
Depending on your mailbox size the import may take a while.
