Outlook Web App

You can access your account over the internet via Outlook Web App. You can login with your username and password here:

Change password

Please change the password we sent you as soon as possible by logging in to Outlook Web App and clicking on Options > Change Password. If you want to change your password again, you can do this as often as you like.

Setting up Microsoft Outlook / other e-mail client

If you have ordered a Hosted Exchange Premium account, Skyfillers provides you with an Microsoft Outlook license for PC or Mac. You can download the software here (please log in with your username and password):

Please note: Hosted Exchange Basic accounts can't be set up as Exchange accounts with Microsoft Outlook.

Please note: In order to setup your account automatically, the DNS-settings must to be set correctly (see below).

Please note: You are only allowed to use as many Microsoft Outlook licences as you have ordered Skyfillers Hosted Exchange Premium accounts. The licences are valid per user, meaning that one user may install Outlook on two different computers.

Hosted BlackBerry

If you have ordered Hosted BlackBerry along with your Hosted Exchange account, you have received a BlackBerry activation password.

DNS-settings (domain)

If you want to run the complete e-mail traffic of your domain through Skyfillers Exchange Servers, you will have to adjust the DNS entries of your domain as outlined below. (Please note: In this case, every e-mail account and address has to be hosted by Skyfillers.)

In your DNS-Server, change the MX record as following:

MX-records:

yourdomain.com   MX 10   mx01a.sfp-net.com
yourdomain.com   MX 20   mx01b.sfp-net.com
yourdomain.com   MX 30   mx01c.sfp-net.com
yourdomain.com   MX 40   mx01d.sfp-net.com

Please note: All existing MX-records must be replaced/removed.

Along with the MX record, you have to add a CNAME entry to your DNS entries:

autodiscover.yourdomain.com   IN CNAME   autodiscoverredirect.sfp-net.com

The CNAME entry is required for some features to work in Outlook or on mobile devices. E.g. the automatic account setup.

Spam gateway

Every e-mail is scanned automatically by our spamfilters and assigned a certain score. If an e-mail excesses the pre-defined spam score, it will not be delivered directly, but saved in a so-called quarantine folder.

Every day, you are informed about the content of the quarantine folder via e-mail. This e-mail is send every night from our spamfilter (SpamTitan, sgw10.sfp-net.com). The domain sfp-net.com is a Skyfillers domain, therefore you can trust it.

In this e-mail, you are informed about the content of the quarantine folder. You can then decide to delete one or all e-mails or, in case important data was marked as spam by mistake, deblock a particular e-mail. Therefore, no data will be lost.

Global Exchange settings

  • Incoming e-mails may not exceed 100 MByte.
  • Outgoing e-mails my not exceed 250 MByte. On Mac computers outgoing e-mails may not exceed 100 Mbyte.
  • Items that were deleted from the mailbox will be stored an additional 90 days. These deleted items can be recovered through Outlook or Outlook Web App.
