We engage with you that we act as transparent as possible. This is especially true for our hosting services. We want to provide our customers with the highest quality and availability possible.
Below, you will find our terms and conditions. Being a Germany-based company offering services under German jurisdiction, we are obligated to providing the terms and conditions in German language. If you have any questions regarding this paper, please do not hesitate to contact us.
Allgemeine Geschäftsbedingungen (Terms and Conditions, in German language)
Service Level Agreements (SLA)
Other than a lot of our competitors, we do not provide you with a standardized Service Level Agreement (SLA). In general, such an SLA only looks good at first glance, guaranteeing availability rates of more than 99 percent. But how would any customer prove availability restrictions without having access to internal monitoring software?
Furthermore, most SLAs define certain exceptions. Warranted conditions do not apply under conditions like those outlined below.
- Problems caused by the customer or software used by the customer
- Scheduled maintenance
- Software bugs caused by the manufacturer of the respective software
- Emergency maintenance
- Breakdowns not caused by the provider, e.g. attacks on the technical infrastructure
- Damage due to an Act of God
Alltogether, these are pretty much all possibilities that may result in a restricted availability.
For us, it is self-evident to act fast in case of an attack or an unexpected technical problem. The most important part of our business are our customers, therefore you can rely on us.
However, if you need an individual Service Level Agreement, please contact us. We will then arrange individual conditions according to your requirements.
